When entering multiple parts from the same vendor you have to keep picking the vendor from the dropdown. It would save time to keep the vendor after the first entry. This would be similar to keeping the same tech on multiple jobs.

Offer a setting inside the program that would allow for auto deletion of estimates, ideally based on age of the estimate OR total number of estimates. Not building this only causes more pressure on the Technical Support team and your customers because when our system slows down it is generally associated with too much data that slows things down. Not all of us want to save everything and prefer to have our systems operating at peak efficiency.

When entering parts, keep the last vendor. As it does for employees- Via Cas

We can recommend a tracked service by time only. We can not recommend a tracked service by mileage only. As it is now, we need to enter a bogus date far into the future if we want to recommend a service simply by mileage.

Would be nice to get a visual or audible notification when a new text comes in.

Since Alldata changed their certificates, we no longer have that integration in winworks. We have to manually type each labor line and fill in the labor times. Since we already pay Alldata for their subscription, it would be nice to use it again in winworks.

OEC which is dealer parts information and ordering has acquired PartsTech which is an aftermarket part supplier's hub. This would allow integration into winworks for all in one place parts lookup and ordering.

Ideas for graphs such as single report for graphing to see profitability, Mgmt Overview statistics, Year or multi year period for a Month by Month plot on Average RO $'s, Total $'s and RO count to name a few

Ability to send a link to the customer to sign off on repairs and/or changes to the work order.

Have an inventory list print out that will include a line for actual part quantity to be able to run physical Inventory more easily.

Discount an entire RO to a certain price.

Ability to replace current scheduler with Google Calendar.
